School hosts village pre-school day care in school hall 4 mornings a week. Outside Provider 'Honeysuckle' take and collect children at school.
'First Grade Coaching' (Derby) provide sports provision. 2 after school clubs: Sewing Club and Chess Club.
Stephenson College at Coalville run parenting class and parent and child classes.
School has excellent links with specialist support services. Is familiar with Caf system and Multi Agency Forum for additional outside specialist help.
Village committee run pre-school nursery care at school. Worthington has no village hall so school tends to be used for most things. Brownies, Guides, Youth Club, Village events, Bingo evenings. Parish Council have their meetings at school.
