Parents use local individual Childminders. 'Little Acorns' Play group at Oakthorpe Leisure Centre. Outside provider is Phoenix Nursery with after school at Moira Village Hall. Breakfast Club at School from 8am.
After School: KS1 Games/activity club, KS2 Sports club, Gardening club, Gymnastics club, Photography club, Other activities take place during the school day.
Active PTA. Evening family learning, maths sessions.
School works closely with support services, Educational Psychologists, Student Support, etc. Has access if required to CAF and Multi-agency Forum for students with additional needs.
'CONNECT' computer access for the community to County Council services.
